BestCV52 operates under a strict refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases. All sales are considered final unless specific conditions outlined below are met.
Refund Eligibility Requirements
Refunds are only available under the following strict conditions:
- Unused Credit Package: The entire credit package must be completely unused. If even a single credit has been consumed, no refund will be issued.
- 14-Day Window: A support request must be filed within 14 days of the original purchase. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
- Valid Reason Required: You must provide a legitimate reason for the refund request. Technical issues or service dissatisfaction may qualify depending on circumstances.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- Any credits have been used from the purchased package.
- Refund request submitted after 14 days from purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (subjective preferences).
- User error or misunderstanding of service features.
- Change of mind after service has been utilized.
Stolen Credit Card Policy
Fraudulent Transactions & Stolen Credit Cards
If you believe a transaction was made using a stolen credit card or without authorization, you must immediately contact us with official documentation supporting your claim.
Required Documentation:
- Official police report documenting the theft.
- Bank or credit card company fraud report.
- Government-issued identification verification.

How to Request a Refund
