• Potential for Inaccuracies: AI-generated content, including suggestions, phrasing, and factual information, may contain inaccuracies, errors, or "hallucinations."
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content generated by the Service. The final CV is your responsibility, and you must ensure its accuracy and truthfulness before use.
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific career outcome.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the personal data and content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, BestCV52 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the Service; (b) any inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated content; (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
